Jennifer Benson

Jennifer Benson (she/her) Pianist Jennifer Benson is a sought-after teacher, collaborative pianist, adjudicator, and clinician residing in Mount Pearl, NL. Jennifer is incredibly passionate about music education. She is the owner/director of the Benson School of Music, a rapidly growing music school for all ages, located in Paradise. She enjoys creating community and instilling a love and connection to music in our province's young musicians. She was the co-founder/co-artistic director of the not-for-profit organization PlayPianoNL (2016-2019), and served on the Board of Directors for the Newfoundland and Labrador Registered Music Teachers' Association from 2017-2023. She has performed with numerous theatre companies and productions since 2012, and is thrilled to be part of this production of Jesus Christ Superstar!
