Josh Ward

Josh Ward likes playing songs with his friends. It probably stems back to his younger years, wherein he was lucky to be raised by a musical family. Feeling that he was probably not much good at anything else, he would ultimately decide to pursue performance as a career, and though the early years found him playing electric bass in several terrible rock bands, he was always eager to branch out and try different things.

Through the proverbial jigs and reels he was able to get a degree in music from Memorial University in St.

John's and proceeded to tour the globe for a decade or so with the band Hey Rosetta! Along the way he would also jam or record or gig with anyone he possibly could, and was exposed to countless different musical styles. From the barn dance to the concert hall and anything between, you can always find him on a stage and with a smile on his face.
