Dane Pedersen is a singer-songwriter from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, whose music is rooted in the contemporary Canadian folk tradition. Blending original songs with carefully chosen reinterpretations, he is known for his warm voice, understated fingerstyle guitar, and thoughtful storytelling. Winner of the 2026 Mariposa Folk Festival Emerging Artist Showcase and the Robinson Emerging Artist Showcase at the Goderich Celtic Roots Festival, Pedersen has performed at festivals across Canada. His debut EP, Travelling Alone, reflects his belief in the enduring power of a well-told song
Malcolm MacNeil is a guitarist from Cape Breton, NS. As a performer, he has shared the stage with artists including Heather Rankin and The Barra MacNeils. In May of 2024, Malcolm graduated from the Jazz Studies program at StFX University with a Bachelor of Music. Last December, Malcolm released his debut album entitled The Bridge, featuring his arrangements of traditional Celtic music.
