Songs & Stories of Freedom is our collective's contribution to raising our voices in this month of African Diasporic history (Black History Month), as well as our response to the on-going themes of freedom of oppression, wonder, and healing in the creative and artistic ways we know how.
There will be songs and stories we know and will come to know, performed by Valmy, Amy Collyer-Holmes, and Zaynab Wilson, and special guests as part of our "invite mic".
The event is open to all, your patronage supports the artists' and venue's investment and sustainability.
