Box Office Policies
The Majestic Theatre reserves the right to impose limits on ticket purchases. Such limits will be posted on our website prior to the sale of tickets or when such limits are introduced. If the purchaser exceeds or attempts to exceed the posted ticket limits, we reserve the right to cancel, without notice, any or all orders and tickets, in addition to prohibiting the purchaser’s ticket purchasing abilities. Any tickets canceled due to violating the posted ticket limit may be refunded at face value (excluding fees). This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, or other personal information.
All ticket prices include the Box Office Handling Fee (BHF), the Building Capital Fee (BCF), and HST.
The Majestic Theatre reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and is entitled to implement ticket purchase limits per person or account holder, per credit card or otherwise (and either per performance or for the entire show engagement).
If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect (regardless of whether it is incorrect because of an error in a price posted for sale or otherwise communicated through marketing emails, or printed materials, etc), if the purchaser is able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or if a ticket was purchased that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then The Majestic Theatre has the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund the purchaser the amount paid. This will apply regardless of whether the error occurred because of human error or a transactional malfunction of the ticketing system. If a refund is processed in error, or a refund exceeds the original amount paid, we reserve the right to recharge the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
The actual tickets delivered by mail, email, accessed through an online account or at The Majestic Theatre box office, reflect the face value of the ticket. Any applicable order fees or taxes and/or service charges will appear where applicable. Mailing fees and/or additional event fees may not be broken out on the ticket, which means the prices on the ticket may not add up to the total paid on the payment confirmation.
Due to the nature of live performance, all artists, dates, venues, prices and programs are subject to change. We do not guarantee that you will be satisfied with the performance, that it will be free of technical difficulties or that any particular cast member will be performing.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and hazards arising from or related in any way to the performance, whether occurring at the theatre prior to, during or after the performance, and releases The Majestic Theatre from all liability, unless caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of The Majestic Theatre.
The holder of a valid ticket is admitted to the theatre on the condition that the holder agrees, and by use of the ticket does so agree in favour of the producers or presenters and the theatre owner (Terra Bruce Productions), to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and sale set out herein. Any violation of these terms will entitle the company to, as applicable, seize or cancel the ticket, withdraw the license granted below, refuse admission and/or expel a ticket holder, in each case without payment of any refund or other compensation. The ticket is a personal, revocable license.
Patrons must occupy their assigned seat and may not move to other seats or locations without permission.
In addition, The Majestic Theatre reserves the right to expel any ticket holder from the theatre whenever The Majestic Theatre in its sole discretion determines that a ticket holder is disrupting the performance or other patrons or behaving inappropriately.
Some shows may contain themes, nudity, language, explicit content, profanity and/or explicit content intended for mature audiences. While we will make reasonable efforts to provide audience warnings and disclaimers, ticket holders and their guests are responsible for determining whether show content is appropriate for them and their guests by reading show descriptions. No refunds will be granted due to content audiences may find objectionable or disturbing.

The box office is open one hour before a scheduled show time and will stay open after the start of the performance, though late seating is at the discretion of the production and may not be available. To ensure an enjoyable theatre experience for all, latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance and will be seated so as to not interfere with the other patrons’ enjoyment of the performance. All fixed rows on the main theatre level are named A through N. The seat numbers start on the right (north) of the auditorium and move to the left (south). In the balcony level, the rows are named BA through BF. Flexible floor seating rows are named FA through FF. If you’re unsure where your seat might be, our ushers will be happy to assist.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance starts. Arriving early allows you time to park, enjoy concessions, buy merch, and find your seat.
