Tickets for all performances at The Majestic Theatre – and for other special events for which we act as ticket agent – can be purchased online through our website (www.majestictheatrehill.com), by telephone, or at the Majestic Theatre Box Office. Please note that all tickets purchased online, by phone, or in person are subject to service charges that may vary from event to event.
Accessible seating can be booked by calling our box office.
Your tickets will be emailed to you at the time of purchase as a mobile/e-ticket or print at home ticket. If using e-tickets or print at home tickets is not possible, patrons can pick up tickets at the box office on the night of the performance.
You cannot reserve tickets to pay at a later date. You must provide payment in order to reserve tickets.
Ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. In the event a production or performance(s) is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, The Majestic Theatre will attempt to contact the purchaser to inform them of the status of the performance(s) purchased, and to inform them of any refund, credit, or exchange procedures. For exact instructions on any particular cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved event, contact our box office.
Ticket policy requires that every patron, including children over two years old, must have a ticket for a performance. Infants, up to two years old, may be admitted at no charge for certain performances. Check with the Box Office for further information. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and will provide a refund of the admission price.
